Arpal Dosanjh joined Gudmundseth Mickelson LLP after his call to the bar in 2005. He practices in the area of commercial and civil litigation. Arpal has appeared as counsel before the Supreme Court of British Columbia. Following his graduation from Law School, Arpal was selected to clerk in the Supreme Court of British Columbia which he did from 2003-2004.
Arpal graduated from the University of Victoria Law School. Arpal was a finalist in the 2003 Jessup Moot and a member of one of two Jessup International Law Moot teams representing Canada at the international competition in Washington, D.C. in 2003. He was also an invited speaker at the plenary session of the Citizens' Assembly on Electoral Reform in September of 2004.
