Arpal Dosanjh appears in court on commercial and civil litigation matters. He has appeared as counsel before all levels of court in British Columbia as well as the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta. Arpal joined Gudmundseth Mickelson LLP after his call to the bar in 2005. Following his graduation from Law School, Arpal was selected to clerk in the Supreme Court of British Columbia which he did from 2003-2004.
Arpal's approach to litigation is strategic and creative, looking for efficient ways to help his clients achieve their goals.
Arpal is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Vancouver Bar Association and the Vancouver-based Advocates' Club. He has participated in the Inns of Court program for young lawyers. Arpal was also an invited speaker at the plenary session of the Citizens' Assembly on Electoral Reform in September of 2004.
