Janet Gartner joined Gudmundseth Mickelson LLP following her call to the bar in 2005. She practices exclusively in the areas of commercial and civil litigation. Janet has appeared as counsel before all levels of the British Columbia courts. Janet has also successfully represented clients in judicial settlement conferences and before administrative tribunals.
Janet graduated from the University of British Columbia Law School where she ranked among the top ten students in her final year. Janet has sat on various boards, including as the law students' elected representative to the University of British Columbia Senate, and as a Director of the Immigrant Services Society of Greater Vancouver. Janet is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Vancouver Bar Association.
