Janet Gartner joined Gudmundseth Mickelson LLP following her call to the bar in 2005. She practices exclusively in the areas of commercial and civil litigation and dispute resolution. Janet has appeared as counsel before the Provincial Court of British Columbia and the British Columbia Supreme Court. Janet has also successfully represented clients in judicial settlement conferences and before administrative tribunals.
Janet recently graduated from the University of British Columbia Law School where she ranked among the top ten students in her final year. Janet has sat on various boards, including as the law students’ elected representative to the University of British Columbia Senate. She continues to sit as a Director of the Immigrant Services Society of Greater Vancouver.
