Felicity is developing a varied litigation practice and has a particular interest in public law. She joined the firm after clerking for two justices of the Court of Appeal for British Columbia and the Yukon.
Felicity graduated with a JD from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she received awards for academic achievement in business associations, health law, and criminal procedure. At Osgoode, Felicity competed in the Wilson Cup Moot and as the French-language oralist in the Laskin Cup Moot. She also worked as a research assistant to Professor Richard Haigh and volunteered as a caseworker in Osgoode’s legal aid and business law clinics. Her work has been published in the journal of Health Law in Canada.
Outside of the office, Felicity enjoys hiking, running, and knitting.
